NEW Equipment
Our main focus for "NEW" manufacturing equipment is Mighty / Viper heavy-duty machine and turning centers specializing in large C-Frame and Bridge machining applications from 3 to 5 axes. We our the representative for PORTA flexible transfer machines, which provide the industries most effecient ways to manufacture medium to large part quantites. The Koch Machine Tool line represents some superior product lines such as Matsuura, Nakamura, and Fanuc Robodrills to name a few. We can also offer YASDA, which represents, perhaps, the most precise 3 to 5 axes machining and jig bore machines on the planet. These and other brands are available for sale in southern Texas and beyond.
REBUILT Equipment
One of the features that seperates Machine Tool Dynamics from the rest of the distributors is our offereing of Rebuilt "CNC" machine tools, with partner company Machine Technologies L.L.C.. Specializing in larger horizontal machining centers, where you can select which control your want to have installed, All machines come standard with a full year warranty, and can be delivered in 4 to 5 months. We have a selection of 25" pallet horizontals available for immediate rebuilding, or we can rebuild one of your machines, at typically a 1/3 the price of buying a new machine. Please review the spec's for current inventory of machines, which can be suited with multi-pallet configurations, or in a FMS (flexible manufacturing system) with an RGV (rail guided vehicle) to shuttle pallets between work centers.
